CIPFA Social Care Benchmarking Clubs 2016 Launched

CIPFA Social Care Benchmarking Clubs 2016 Launched

Following engagement from over 60% of authorities in 2015 we are building on our successful benchmarking approach to target the key areas in adult social care, children’s services and public health.

With no other benchmarking products offering the same level of comparable data, our Social Care Benchmarking Clubs are uniquely placed to help you to:

  • Understand costs and identify efficiencies
  • Measure performance and identify improvements
  • Gather key management information and provide assurance
  • Network and exchange good practice

A free summary report covering adult social care will be available to members who subscribe to all adult social care clubs and a free summary report covering children’s services will be available to members who subscribe to all children’s services clubs.

First introduced in 2015, the insightful reports will provide you with an even more comprehensive perspective of your performance within social care by collating key insights together in one report which can be effectively shared with senior stakeholders.

Detailed information on the clubs can be found in our online brochure. Also read case studies from Cumbria and Nottinghamshire about how they’ve been using our data to improve their services.

To take part or view further details about our clubs, please visit our website where you can also access sample reports and questionnaires.
