Bespoke analysis

Our Policy Research team is focused on the analysis and interpretation of public sector information.

We undertake bespoke projects to help organisations to better understand their costs, service delivery, performance and outcomes. As such, it helps managers to prioritise where change could or should be made so that their services can offer the best value for money possible. It also responds to changes in policy and performance monitoring requirements.

We both develop proposals from client approaches and sell tailored products, including our Service Health Checks. We also build upon the skills and capability of the CIPFAstats survey team to develop and roll-out both bespoke and ongoing data collections.
